Rules
1) One banana with warm water for breakfast
2) eat whateveryou want for lunch, but no desserts
3) No excersise needed
MYTH
There is no proven thoery that warm water makes a difference to you, so eating a banana with warm water shouldnt make a difference.
Eat whatever you want for lunch: Nuts, what about cholesterol, trans fats, so you may be thin but still die from a heart attack from all the cholesterol.
No excersie needed:very funny, your body can not exist without excersise, how in the world can you function without excersise.
In my opinion the banana diet is a total myth |
