So you have heard about the banana diet, how does the banana diet work.
The rules are as follows
At least 1 banana for breakfast with a cup of water (room tempreture)
Anything you want for luch or dinner
But NO: Desserts (afters) or eating after 8pm. You also have to be in bed by midnight.
Does the banana diet work?
Well bananas are very high in fibre and low in calories and filling, so in theory a banana should take some of your pangs of hunger off you.
There is no such thing as a quick fix to loose weight, if it sounds too good to be true, it probally isnt true.
Also, you dont have to do excersise, according to the banna diet rules, could it be possible to loose weight without doing excersise? Doesnt sound right to me, but if you have managed too loose weight leave us a comment and we will follow it up |
